Passionate about design, architecture and focused on detail, Aditya began building and selling luxury villas in Alibaug in 2010.

It all started when he built his own Alibag home and realised that it’s the perfect place to unwind, reconnect with nature and most importantly, spend quality time with loved ones.

Why Alibag?

Just a 15-minute speedboat ride from Mumbai’s Gateway of India, Alibag is the ultimate weekend escape - close enough for convenience yet far enough to feel like a true retreat. Nestled between the Arabian Sea and the lush Sahyadri Hills, Alibag offers a sanctuary of peace and natural beauty.

Our story begins with the land

All within a 15-minute drive from the Mandwa Jetty, our properties are chosen carefully for their quiet locations, stunning hill views and mature trees. All our properties have clear titles and permissions in place.

We work with award winning architects

We work closely with eminent architects to design unique homes which allow nature to take centre stage. Each villa is designed to highlight the distinctive features of the land.

We obsess over every detail

We oversee the construction of the villas, landscaping of the gardens and furnishing of the interiors to ensure the highest quality standards.

Amenities

We want you to enjoy your villa from the moment you walk in, so we fully equip the villas with thoughtfully curated furniture and all the comforts you may need—down to the last wine glass.
